Catherine Sonquist Forest, MD MPH FAAFP

Catherine Sonquist Forest, MD MPH is a family medicine physician and public health expert who teaches at the UCSF Natividad Family Medicine Residency. Catherine has also been the Medical Director for Curative Inc. California Vaccine Project, and Medical Director of Stanford Health Care at Los Altos. She received her MD at the University of California San Francisco, completed her family practice residency at the Community Hospital of Santa Rosa. Her MPH, from UC Berkeley, is in Behavioral and Environmental Health Sciences. She has been active in international teaching and lobbying for aid-in-dying laws, including the recently-passed England-Wales Terminally Ill Adults (End of Life) Bill.
