To submit materials to the Journal

It is essential that you follow the Submission Guidelines and Procedures carefully; failure to do so will delay consideration of your article. Feel free to download a copy of the guidelines. Once you have followed the guidelines to prepare and submit your article, and filled out the form below, email the manuscript draft to Journal@AADM.org.

Brief (1 to 3 paragraph) summary of your article, proposal, or other submission. If you have a longer description or completed article, please still provide a summary below and then attach your article at the end of this form.*
If you are submitting a photograph or artwork, please use 300dpi by at least 6" width. Let us know the date and location of the image. For artwork, please provide 1-3 sentences about why your piece reflects on aid-in-dying work. When the form is completed, email the image to Journal@AADM.org
