Thalia DeWolf, RN, is a certified hospice and palliative care nurse based in Northern California with extensive experience in end-of-life care. A founder of the Academy of Aid-in-Dying Medicine, she has supported hundreds of patients pursuing medical aid in dying, both within hospice and palliative care programs and as lead nurse in a private practice with Dr. Lonny Shavelson. Her clinical experience informs her commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care and to examining policies that can create barriers for seriously ill patients.
