Facility Rules and Regulations for Aid in Dying Patients

Brief Summary: In general, facilities that are actively providing medical care, such as skilled nursing facilities, can opt-out and not allow aid in dying on their premises. But patients living in situations such as adult residential facilities, assisted living facility, often have the same rights as renters, and the facility cannot dictate what happens in their apartments (unless it is illegal).
